Andrea Rizzi & Partners assists media company The Hundred S.r.l. in relation to the acquisition if image and IP rights from Valentino Rossi for exploitation in connection with gaming and the metaverse

We are delighted to have assisted several investors including The Hundred S.r.l. in a transaction designed to allow the acquisition of Valentino Rossi’s image and IP rights by VR46 Metaverse S.r.l., a joint venture between The Hundred S.r.l. and VR46 S.r.l. (the entity to which Valentino Rossi and its image rights companies exclusively licensed all of Valentino Rossi’s IP and image rights), for commercial exploitation in relation to gaming and the metaverse(s).
