The Senate has approved: the Content Creators amendment is law

The Senate of the Italian Republic has approved the legislative proposal on Competition whose article 28 includes the legal recognition of Content Creators and introduces obligations for the government to identify specific categories of controls for the creators of digital content and to provide mechanisms for the resolution of disputes between Creators and platforms. Is this the first step towards the development of the Italian Creators Economy?
