Emanuele and Nicoletta spoke about copyright, neighboring and image rights of live entertainment actors, focusing on the opportunity to exploit theatrical works via streaming platforms to face the impossibility of a live attendance caused by the COVID-19 emergency – a problem which has become very relevant for workers in the live entertainment sectors.
