Andrea is the founding partner of the firm. He is a lawyer qualified both in Italy (as “avvocato”) and in the UK (as “solicitor”) and has more than 20 years of experience in all the main areas of commercial law (advisory, transactional and litigation), both as a private practice lawyer (in Italy) and as an in-house counsel (in the UK). In 2008, Andrea joined the team of in-house counsels of the US publisher Activision Blizzard (London offices), a fundamental experience which has led Andrea to specialize in assisting international videogame organizations, ranging from digital content providers, to console/OTT platforms making content available to European consumers, and distributors of software and hardware products. 

During his career, Andrea has worked on a great variety of legal and business matters relating to the development, acquisition, marketing and monetization of some of the most successful videogame titles and franchises of all time. Moreover, as part of his experience, he has handled matters related to the setting up, acquisition, sale and closing down of game development studios in several jurisdictions including the UK, China, France, Italy, Germany, Poland, the Russian Federation, India, Mexico and Brazil. Andrea has assisted and is currently assisting some of the key players of the video game industries both internationally and domestically. 

In addition to his law practice, Andrea teaches videogame and interactive entertainment law to LL.M. students of Queen Mary University of London and students of Luigi Bocconi University in Milan and Link University in Rome. He regularly speaks at international conferences on the law and business of videogames. Andrea serves also on the Editorial Board of the Interactive Entertainment Law Review published by international publishing house Edward Elgar and he is also a member of the Video Game Bar Association.
