Andrea, Gaetano, Nicoletta and Emanuele attended the 6th international Games Industry Law Summit that took place on September 15-17, 2021 in Vilnius, Lithuania. It was very refreshing to meet with friends and colleagues in person after such a long time. A big shout-out to Sergei Klimov and Alma Giedraitienė for organizing yet another successful event!
Andrea discussed the impact of the new Omnibus Directive (amending the current EU consumer protection legislation) on the games industry as part of the panel “New EU laws at the gate” moderated by Tobias Schelinski, with interventions from Christian-Henner Hentsch, Katya Nemova, Ted Shapiro and Konni Ewald.
