Andrea Rizzi & Partners advised Game Seer Venture Partners GmbH, a Germany-based 100% privately owned venture fund investing exclusively in core and indie multiplatform licenses (https://www.game-seer.com/), in connection with its successful investment in an upcoming TBA video game developed by Italian indie studio Marslit Games, with the support of Neon Doctrine (https://www.neondoctrine.com/).

Marslit Games (https://www.marslitgames.com/) is a family run studio with big ambitions and a creative focus on engaging action, gorgeous visuals, and deep narrative. Bertrand Vernizeau from Game Seer Ventures stated that he was “impressed by the quality, creativity and uniqueness of their title.”

The shared vision between the three partners was immediately evident as Andrea Farid, lead developer of the project states “as soon as we sent our demo to Game Seer Ventures and Neon Doctrine we immediately felt like we were finally talking to real people, who love the media as much as we do.”

Andrea and Emanuele were part of the team that assisted Game Seer Ventures in the deal.
