Andrea, Nicoletta and Emanuele advised Dive Esports in the first buy-out of a Tier-1 esports roster by an Italian organization

Andrea, together with Nicoletta and Emanuele, advised Milan-based company Dive Esport and a group of international investors in the buyout of the entire Rainbow 6 Siege (R6S) roster from the French esports club Izi Dream.
The acquisition involved the incorporation of a newco, which bought out the French roster for it to play under the new brand “Tempra Esports”. Dive Esports, which holds a majority stake in the newco, is in charge of the operational management of the new team, backed by its experience as a leading actor on the Italian competitive gaming scene.
The project is aimed at contributing to the promotion of Italian esports and their values around the world, through participation in top-tier international tournaments.
The Tempra Esports team, comprised of 5 professional players (Nicolas “P4” Rimbaud “P4”, Axel “Shiinka” Freisberg, Christophe “Chaoxys” Soares, Dylan “Dirze” Brigitte, Valentin “Voy” Cheron), takes part in the R6S European League and is the only Italian team to compete in a major international tournament of this calibre. The team also maintains its place in the French League (the top French division of R6S).
